Haven't had time to upload images of my recent design work as final year is just so busy! Here's a drawing that i've tested out...trying to make my design work more photographic in the style of this drawing.

End of Design Unit 1

By the end of the first design project of the year I think I am just beginning to combine the 'Islamic art' and 'Nature' themes successfully to create a range of design ideas for contemporary home interiors with a fusion of East and West. Here are some of the ideas I have been working on.

More experimentation with design ideas. Not happy with the colour palette but these being a bit more bold might be working better. These ideas are based on a context for silk scarves.

Ramadan Greetings!

To celebrate Eid (the festival at the end of Ramadan) I have designed 15 greetings cards. If you would like to get hold of one to send to your friends and family the following shops will be stocking them from this week!
